Today, trust is no longer merely a form of “soft power”; it has become a fundamental driver of economic growth. In the current geopolitical climate, the need for interdisciplinary cooperation remains critical, particularly across education, healthcare, high-tech, and food security. Our task is to explore how to establish a structured and reliable ecosystem of trust. This framework will enable effective synergy between industry, government, academia, and cultural institutions, thereby strengthening national reputation and unlocking pathways to technological leadership.

The thematic focus of the Congress “Innovative Practice: Science plus Business” will center on the plenary session topic, “The Ecosystem of Trust as a Catalyst for Technological Leadership: Bringing Science, Business, Culture and Government Together”. During this session, participants will examine practical frameworks and tools capable of integrating disparate initiatives into a coherent ecosystem – from digital platforms and quantum communications to coordination councils, educational and public outreach projects. Today, the demand for trust is emerging simultaneously from academia, industry, cultural institutions, and the government. Establishing an effective ecosystem of trust across these key societal pillars will strengthen the economy’s investment appeal and become a driver of technological leadership.

The Congress programme will be organised across three thematic venues, each offering a systemic perspective on the country’s development priorities.

The “Technological Entrepreneurship” venue will bring together participants to identify practical solutions for driving national technological growth. As part of an expert session dedicated to technological partnerships within the new global economic architecture, the winners of the TechTop ranking will be honoured in partnership with Vedomosti business newspaper. The itinerary also features panel discussions on scenarios for technological leadership in pharmaceutical innovation, the challenges and opportunities of Russia–Africa cooperation in technology and security, and the development of a national approach to ensuring security in the future quantum landscape.

The “Science and Culture” venue will host a series of strategic dialogues focused on human capital development. Speakers will explore the ecosystem of trust within the artificial intelligence sector through partnerships between fundamental science, industry, and wider society. The sessions will also address modern approaches to strategic forecasting in science and technology, alongside value-based mentoring methodologies designed to drive workforce development.

The “Education and Talent” venue will host discussions on new horizons within the educational environment. Two events are expected to be of particular interest to all Congress delegates: the round table “An Educational Ecosystem of Trust: Bringing Science, Culture and Spiritual Traditions Together”, and a session dedicated to advancing international cooperation within BRICS+ in the field of nuclear medicine and the harmonisation of Russian legislation. A key highlight of this venue will be the panel discussion featuring animation elements, entitled “From Stereotype to New Cultural Imagery”, where participants will examine how animation shifts public perception of specific industries, using the agricultural sector as a case study.

The Congress exhibition space will host displays where the theme of trust takes tangible form. The Association of National Champions will present innovative solutions and product samples from high-tech manufacturing sectors, where quality and reliability have already become synonymous with consumer trust. A photo exhibition featuring works by the finalists of the international “Worldview” competition – organised by Innopraktika and the State Tretyakov Gallery in 2026 – will offer an insight into how young artists from diverse countries perceive the values of the modern world. The narrative of the “Historical Constellations” project, delivered by members of the Razgon youth community with the support of Innopraktika, will demonstrate how trust in the past helps construct the future. A highlight of the Congress opening ceremony will be a presentation by a special guest.

The event is organised by Innopraktika with the support of the Russia National Centre. Invitations to attend the Congress have been extended to representatives from public and private companies, government authorities, development institutions, research organisations, universities, cultural institutions, media holdings, public and business associations, and youth communities.
