Over the past 11 years, the Congress has established itself as a powerful communication and practical platform for developing the most effective models for advancing our society within the evolving global landscape. The history of our Congress is a record of timely responses to the challenges of each era. Every previous event did more than reflect the current situation; it established a foundation for the next stage. Experience has shown that the discussions at the Congress extend far beyond theoretical debate: it is here that tangible projects and strategic initiatives are born, subsequently driving innovation in the country. The mission of the 12th Congress is to highlight the importance of mutually beneficial dialogue with other countries, on the basis of shared values and grounded in traditional humanistic ideas and cultural initiatives.
The 2025 Congress programme will be organized across four thematic platforms, each making its own contribution to the overall discussion on the alliance of science, business, and culture.
At the “Education” and “Talent” territory, speakers will address fundamental challenges, ranging from the development of new approaches to career guidance and targeted training for various economic sectors, to fostering international cooperation and rethinking the role of agricultural education. The sessions at the “Technological Entrepreneurship” territory will focus on the conditions for the growth of Russian innovative businesses and on developing strategies for entering BRICS+ markets. We will also dedicate specific discussions to restoring the full innovation cycle — from scientific idea to finished product — leveraging effective state support mechanisms. A broader perspective on the development of national human capital will be explored at the “Science and Culture” territory. This venue invites a dialogue on how culture, values, and “soft power” create an environment conducive to innovation. Speakers will also discuss the role of universities in educating skilled professionals and leaders for the new economy, as well as the significance of cultural achievements in strengthening our country's international positioning.
For inspiration and firsthand examples, the participants can explore the new “Lead by Example” territory. Through interactive formats, this track will showcase the synergy of science, business, and culture in action. It will demonstrate how an innovative mindset operates in real-world projects, enabling Congress attendees — including young audiences — not merely to observe, but to actively engage in the dialogue.
Within the Congress’s exhibition area, three expositions will be presented. The National Champion Association will showcase innovative solutions and product samples developed by high-tech manufacturers. A photo exhibition featuring works by the finalists of the international “Worldview” competition, organized by Innopraktika and the State Tretyakov Gallery in 2025, will showcase how young artists from different countries perceive the values of the modern world. The art exhibition Russia: The Power of Natural Resources will showcase the might and beauty of our natural assets — gas, water, nuclear energy, and minerals. The collection features avant-garde paintings and sculptures created by the talented artist Natalia Zemlyanaya.
Members of the Russian Government, representatives from state and private corporations - spanning high-tech industries, development institutions, research organizations, universities, media holdings, public and business associations - as well as members of youth communities are invited to take part in the 12th Congress “Innovative Practice: Science plus Business”. Let us come together to rethink past experiences and identify new areas for growth at the intersection of science, business, and culture!
